After our RV's transmission gave out we found Sierra Hart Auto Center and we were treated so well. Allen invited us (including our little dog Jesi) into the customer service waiting area while the shop RV mechanics accessed our problem. Unfortunately metal in the pan determined we needed a new transmission but we quickly found out that we had definitely called the right place because they ordered the part and had us back on the road right away.
